Haven't posted in a few days and today's post isn't even about us, except in a roundabout way.
It's this on 101greatgoals.com, a good story pointing out how the media are "pussyfooting" around Steven Gerrard. I was going to post on this the other day but never got round to it (plus I didn't fancy reading endless articles about how amazing Steven Gerrard is - the few I did read were quite enough). Anyway - the article points to the way that the incident was reported on Fox Sports:
It takes American TV to point out the obvious. The British media is biased through and through. My point is that all you have to do is imagine if this was one of our players and how the media would react to that - and just imagine the hysteria if it was Rooney or Ronaldo. One rule for our club and another for everyone else - and a special third rule, banning all criticism, for Liverpool.
