Wall of Yawn

I'm pretty amazed that the papers seem to have managed to report on Ronaldo's car crash without too much speculation about how much to blame he probably was. I was expecting some salacious rumour-mongering. The Sun's report is probably the worst in this respect but even that is strangely subdued. It must be that he was doing nothing wrong ...

Good news comes in the form of Rio Ferdinand probably being fit for the Chelsea game - and Evra being available again after his suspension.

The worst article of the year (and most mistimed - this so so should have been a 2008 article) so far is this in The Telegraph on how Ronaldo's flirtation with Real has put him down in the estimation of the fans. Yawns.
